How We Work
There is a $50 consultation fee that will go towards your total when you use our services. Our hourly fee is $35 and up, depending on what's required and where the work is taking place). There is a 3-hour minimum.
Our fee will not be less if the client chooses to assist with the project.
We will take pictures of the areas that we are working on prior to starting a project to ensure that both parties are aware of any issues or challenges with the area.

Would be estimated and invoiced separately from all other services.
Hauling
There is a separate fee for hauling items. The estimate will be discussed once everything is bagged, boxed and/or ready to haul. The estimate is determined by the location of what is being hauled, if stairs are involved, how many loads/trips; and the size and weight of what is being hauled. The fee will need to be paid prior to hauling. Once items are hauled away from the client's home, at
the client's request, we no longer have access to the item(s).
